Over the course of his career, Paul has enjoyed a rich and diverse set of roles – from his days in brand management working on a billion-dollar brand for Procter & Gamble, to a handful of start-ups that he has co-founded and led. He has been a student of business (Harvard MBA, with Honors), a teacher of business (Xavier MBA program), and a practitioner of business and leadership, spending the last 25 years in C-suite roles. He has won numerous awards in his career -- as an entrepreneur, as a marketer, and as a writer.
